To keep the enquiry forms usable we apply basic protective measures. These include a hidden anti-spam field, validation of submitted values, and duplicate-submission detection. Duplicate detection works by generating a one-way fingerprint from the content of an enquiry so that the same enquiry sent twice can be recognised. We do not use IP address data for this purpose.

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and to receive and store enquiries, including website hosting, a web font provider and Google services used to record enquiry submissions and to deliver notification email. These providers process information on our behalf in order to provide their services.

Recovery and Recycling Partners

Where an electronics recovery enquiry is being reviewed and a route may be available, we may share the relevant details of that enquiry with a third-party recovery or recycling partner so the enquiry can be assessed. We share only what is relevant to that assessment.
