Written Confirmation Controls

Availability, product condition, quantity, specifications, price, lead time, shipping arrangements and all other commercial terms require written confirmation from Nortech for each transaction. Where a transaction-specific quotation, invoice or written agreement exists, that document controls and takes precedence over anything stated on this website.

Inventory Offered to Nortech

Where you offer inventory to Nortech, we review each offer individually. Nortech is under no obligation to review, respond to, accept or purchase any inventory submitted, and no buyback, valuation or guaranteed acceptance is offered or implied. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell any goods you offer.

Electronics Recovery Enquiries

Electronics recovery enquiries are reviewed case by case. Where a route is available it may be coordinated through a third-party partner. Nothing on this website constitutes or implies:

• a public drop-off or collection service;
• guaranteed pickup, collection or transport;
• guaranteed acceptance of equipment for recovery or recycling;
• a buyback, rebate or reward scheme; or
• a data-erasure, data-destruction or certified recycling service.

Devices should be wiped before handoff. Any data-destruction service would require separate written confirmation.

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, authorization or endorsement.
